**Features**

# **Two features most revenue systems don't have — and everything else a revenue team opens first. **

**Standout**

## **AI assistant, over MCP.**

A built-in MCP server lets Claude or another assistant answer questions about your hotel's revenue data in plain language — using the same permissions you have in the app.

- Tools for pace, pickup, STLY, forecast, budget variance, production, competitor rates, demand calendar, data health and portfolio roll-ups.
- Sign in with your normal account over OAuth, including SSO and two-factor — no shared tokens.
- Read-only: no tool can change prices, rules or settings. Every query is audited.

● get\_budget\_variance(hotel="canggu", by="segment")

**Saranya Canggu House**, at 82% of its November room-revenue budget. The gap is almost all wholesale: 212 room nights short after an allotment release. OTA is 4% ahead.

**Saved scenarios · 1–30 Dec**

| Metric | Today | BAR +8% · 24–31 Dec | Change |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Occupancy** | 74.0% | 73.1% | −0.9 pts |
| **ADR** | IDR 2.28M | IDR 2.37M | +3.9% |
| **RevPAR** | IDR 1.69M | IDR 1.73M | +2.6% |
| **Confidence** | — | ±2.1 pts | |

**Note for Monday's meeting:** Peak-week only: small occupancy cost, RevPAR up. Recommended for review.

**Standout**

## **What-if simulator.**

Raise or lower BAR for chosen dates, close a channel or rate plan, add a group block or change a budget — and see the likely effect from the hotel's own booking history and price sensitivity.

- Effect on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue, with a confidence range.
- Scenarios save, compare side by side and carry notes for the next revenue meeting.
- Simulation only — nothing is pushed to the PMS or channel manager.

**Explanations**

## **“Why did this change” is answered next to the number.**

Built from the data itself, not a canned template. Pick a number:

Revenue for August is 12% behind last year: wholesale is down 340 room nights, partly offset by OTA up 120. Direct is flat.

**Revenue system**

## **The daily tools a revenue manager opens first.**

01

### **Dashboard & daily briefing**

Next 7/30/90 days: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and pickup vs STLY and budget, plus an attention list for dates behind or running hot.

02

### **Pace & pickup**

Day-by-day rooms and revenue on the books. Pickup over 1, 7, 14 or 30 days, split into new, cancelled and amended, filtered by room type, segment, channel or company.

03

### **Forecast**

Unconstrained demand by day and segment, from pace history and booking curves, against budget and STLY with a confidence range. Accuracy is tracked once there is enough history.

04

### **Pricing recommendations**

A recommended BAR level per day, governed by configurable rules — thresholds, min/max rates, days before arrival. Always shown with its reason; manual override and notes.

05

### **Production reports**

Rooms, revenue, ADR and share by segment, channel, company, room type and rate plan, on a stay- or booking-date basis — plus lead time, length of stay, cancellations and no-shows.

06

### **Budget tracking**

Upload a monthly budget by segment; see variance against on-the-books plus forecast, by month and segment, as soon as new bookings land.

07

### **Alerts**

A daily email or in-app summary of unusual pickup, cancellation spikes, dates crossing occupancy thresholds and sync failures.

08

### **Workspace tools**

Notes per date for events and decisions, plus one-click Excel and PDF exports for the revenue meeting.

**Intelligence layers**

## **Five layers on top of the revenue system.**

Starting with data intelligence: every number is checked before anyone relies on it.

### **Data intelligence**

Every number is checked before anyone relies on it: missing days, sudden drops, duplicate reservations, rates outside normal range and unmapped codes. Occupancy and revenue are reconciled against the PMS totals daily, with a quality score per hotel and per screen.

3

### **Group quote evaluator**

Rooms displaced, revenue lost and net gain against forecast transient demand — plus a suggested minimum rate and alternative dates.

### **Portfolio views**

Roll-ups across a group or organization, hotels ranked against budget, drill-down to one property, currencies converted to the organization's reporting currency.

### **Mobile-friendly**

Owners, GMs and managers check the dashboard, briefing, pace, portfolio, alerts and reports from a phone at the same sub-second speed target.

## **Feature questions**

<details>

<summary>**Can the AI assistant change prices or settings? **

</summary>

No. The MCP server is read-only in this version: it can answer questions about pace, forecast, budget variance, competitor rates and portfolio performance, but no tool can change prices, rules or settings. Every query is logged like any other access.

</details>

<details>

<summary>**Where do competitor rates come from? **

</summary>

In production, a rate-shopping data provider feeds daily competitor rates for a competitive set chosen per hotel. In the demo, competitor rates are simulated so every screen has something realistic to show.

</details>

<details>

<summary>**Does the what-if simulator touch our PMS or channel manager? **

</summary>

No. It is simulation only. You can test a rate change, a closed channel or rate plan, a new group block, or a budget change, and see the likely effect on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue — nothing is pushed anywhere.

</details>

## **Walk through every feature on real-looking data.**

The demo chain has two years of history and twelve months of forward bookings, so nothing on screen is a placeholder.
